Steelage, has been operating at Ostrava, the largest steelworks in the Czech Republic and is located in the heart of the third largest Czech town since the 1950s. Steelage, working exclusively with SENNEBOGEN since their first days of operation, has become indispensable as their internal scrap logistics expert, handling on average 120,000 tons a month.

  • The Brandt Group of Companies has announced that they have been named the exclusive dealer for American Augers and their Trencor subsidiary brand across Canada.

    American Augers has been a fixture in the underground utilities and pipeline industry across North America for over 50 years. Adding the full line of American Augers and Trencor products to Brandt's existing Ditch Witch offering improves Canadian support and distribution for a comprehensive lineup of underground construction equipment – the largest in the industry.  

    "The addition of these lines is an important step for Brandt and the Canadian drilling industry," says Brandt President and CEO, Shaun Semple. "It means that contractors can now get the biggest, most powerful equipment for any job from one dealer."

    Canadian contractors will now have easier access to the largest equipment available, from auger boring machines with up to 1,200,000lbs of maximum thrust, to industry-leading directional drills with up to 100,000ft-lbs of maximum torque.

    Now that the hustle and bustle of the 2019 APNA Truck Show has died down, we wanted to once again thank you for making the event a great success. For the locals, your commute was hopefully easy on all days, and for those from out of town, we hope your journeys back home were stress free and relaxing.

    The 2019 APNA Truck Show was a huge success and it proved once again to be the largest and most attended trucking event in Western Canada. As in the past, the show booths were spectacular, offering visitors a lot to see and learn.
