FLO Components Ltd. Promotes Roger Freitas to Director of Operations

The Board of Directors of FLO Components Ltd. is pleased to announce the promotion of Roger Freitas from Operations Manager to the newly established role of Director of Operations.

The creation of this position reflects FLO’s commitment to meeting future challenges with greater agility and to creating long-term growth opportunities for our team. As Director of Operations, Roger will have expanded authority to make independent, day-to-day decisions regarding staffing, processes, budgeting, planning, the ISO program, and more.

Roger joined FLO in 2007 as our first Operations Manager. Prior to that, he built a distinguished career over fifteen years, advancing from Quality Assurance Technician to Quality Manager, and ultimately Director of Quality, Safety, and Environment across several industrial and B2B companies.

Over the past eighteen years, Roger has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, sound decision-making, and a deep commitment to FLO’s culture of teamwork and shared success. His promotion supports two of our Core Values: “Meeting Customers’ Needs Better” and “Speed Wins.”
