The company achieved remarkable milestones, driven by strategic initiatives, market demand, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Together with strategic decisions made in recent years, the pent-up demand from the previous year has significantly boosted RUBBLE MASTER's sales performance. In addition new dealers came on board, creating a wider distribution network for RM products and services. Their enthusiasm and commitment significantly contributed to the company’s success. With a total turnover of $46 million and 101 units sold, RUBBLE MASTER solidified its position as a market leader for compact crushing and screening equipment and earned the trust of its customers. At the same time, the parts business increased substantially, which also contributed to the success.

The current growth and the further planned development make several measures necessary to provide the infrastructure to take the company to $100 million and beyond. As a first step, the parts warehouse was moved from Memphis, TN, to Ennis, TX, in order to create the necessary capacity for further growth and to put the key staff under one roof. Parallel to this, construction of a completely new building began near the existing location. The new facility, expected to open in Q3 2024, will be highly visible from Interstate 45. It will also include a training centre for sales and technical training, making it a world-class North American headquarters that dealers and customers will love to visit.

Further expansion of dealer network
The new facilities will definitely provide a new service and support quality for the increasing number of customers and dealers. In recent years, RUBBLE MASTER has worked to further expand the coverage of its sales territory in North America and welcomes Texas Bearing Company as another reputable partner. Additional new dealers for New England and Florida will be appointed in the coming months and talks are underway with several potential dealers to cover existing blind spots.

Change in the management of RUBBLE MASTER Americas Corp.
The positive development of the dealer network as well as the development of the North American market and RM’s organization in the US was substantially driven by Jackson McAdam. Under his leadership, the dealer network was greatly expanded and strengthened, and enormous growth was achieved. After 4 years as Managing Director of RUBBLE MASTER Americas Corp., Jackson McAdam will return to Europe to take on a new role within the RM Group and to support the international growth with his expertise. The new managing director will be appointed by June this year at the latest.

In the management of the RM Group, founder and owner of RUBBLE MASTER, Gerald Hanisch, will withdraw from the day-to-day business and concentrate on the strategic role of ownership.

New jaw crusher to be released this year
One of the first tasks of the new MD with his experienced team will be the introduction of a new RM product in the North American market, as RUBBLE MASTER is preparing to globally launch a large 44" x 28" jaw crusher in the second quarter of the year. This jaw crusher, designed from the ground up, the RM J110X, is based on the RM NEXT philosophy and will incorporate the manufacturer's new highefficiency drive concepts in addition to numerous groundbreaking and innovative features. This will both significantly expand the application range of RM crushers, open up new opportunities in the market and also support RUBBLE MASTER's growth path. The interational launch will be in April in Austria and the first demo event in the US will take place Q2/2024. More detailed information will be published in the course of the next months.

New products on their way, screen production enhanced
The new RM J110X jaw crusher will not be the last innovation seen by RM. Several product developments are in the pipeline and will both expand the portfolio of crushers and broaden the product offering of screens. As the demand for the RM screen line is rising internationally, the RM Group follows a plan to enhance its screen production together with a local partner in Northern Ireland to ensure development and production of RM screens according to the market requirements.

Measures for the future are also being taken at the Austrian site, where additional production lines are currently being built to increase production capacity for crushers.
