The launch ceremony was hosted by Dongchun Li, Vice President of Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd.; Andrew Ryan, President of LiuGong North America; and Jim Miao, General Manager of LiuGong Canada. The event brought together dealers, customers, vendors and employees from across the Canadian network, giving the new organization an opportunity to mark the launch with the people who will shape its next chapter.

"We don't build the roads. We don't build the bridges. We don't mine the resources or harvest the forests," said Dongchun Li, Vice President of Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. "The people who do that are building Canada's future. Our job is to give them equipment they can depend on and the support to keep working. Establishing LiuGong Canada is our commitment to being closer to those people and supporting them for many years to come."

Bringing LiuGong Closer to Canadian Customers

LiuGong has served the Canadian market through its dealer network for more than a decade. LiuGong Canada strengthens those relationships by establishing a dedicated organization focused exclusively on the Canadian market and the customers who work here.

Led by Jim Miao, General Manager of LiuGong Canada, the organization will focus on dealer development, parts and service support, product training and customer engagement throughout Canada's provinces and territories.

"We are building a Canadian organization for Canadian customers," said Jim Miao, General Manager of LiuGong Canada. "That means building a team here that understands this market, working closely with our dealers and bringing the resources of LiuGong directly to the people who depend on our equipment. Our customers know their business and our dealers know their communities. Our responsibility is to give them the products, parts, technical support and factory resources they need to succeed."

For Canadian equipment owners, that means a stronger local presence behind the machines they rely on every day.

LiuGong Canada will support a growing portfolio of construction and material handling equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, motor graders, compact equipment, forklifts, AWPs and battery-electric machines.

The company will also bring the resources of LiuGong's global engineering, manufacturing and R&D organization to the Canadian market. This will strengthen local access to the technology, expertise and equipment needed to meet the demands of Canadian construction, resource, forestry and infrastructure operations.

Building Something That Lasts

Canada's construction, infrastructure, resource and industrial sectors face significant demands for productivity, reliability and long-term value. LiuGong's response is not simply to sell more machines. It is to build the relationships and support structure required to keep those machines productive after they leave the dealership.

That means investing in dealers, improving access to parts and technical expertise, training service and operations personnel, and listening to customers who use these machines to make a living.

"We are building a business in Canada, not just selling equipment here," said Andrew Ryan, President of LiuGong North America. "That means investing in our dealers, our parts and service capabilities, and the people who support our customers. Trust takes time. We are prepared to put in the work and earn it."

A Commitment to Canada's Communities

The launch of LiuGong Canada represents a commitment to the contractors, equipment owners and communities that depend on reliable equipment to get the job done in Canada's most demanding operating conditions.

With a dedicated Canadian organization, an expanding dealer network and the backing of a global equipment manufacturer, LiuGong is investing in the people, relationships and support infrastructure needed to serve Canadian customers for the long term.
