New FAE App Offers Real-Time Machine Data

Now, FAE RCU operator can count on the FAE App for real-time information, diagnostics and scheduled maintenance.

The official FAE App has been upgraded with new features for all customers with RCU55 or RCU75 remote controlled tracked carriers. This new functionality makes it possible to interact with and manage the machine even more precisely and efficiently.

There are three new FAE App functions available for RCUs.

Real-time information. The app’s interface makes it possible to monitor machine operation data like the diesel engine’s load percentage, instant fuel economy, and working pressure.
Diagnostics. On the rare occasion of a machine failure, the FAE app now provides a description of the malfunction, and the parts involved. It also allows users to export problem reports to facilitate repairs.
Scheduled maintenance. Users receive required maintenance alerts, including the number of hours remaining until the next scheduled maintenance and a list of required maintenance work.

In the future, other smart functions for RCUs will be implemented to help end-users and increase the vehicle’s efficiency and productivity.

With the FAE App, you can increase the productivity of FAE heads and vehicles in many ways. The app is an important tool for utilizing Sonic technology for skid steer and excavator attachments, and it helps you manage transmission belt tension on FAE heads. It also grants you direct access to the FAE Product Registration portal and to the latest FAE news.

The FAE App is available for iPhone and Android.
