The advanced training was completed at Terex’s Louisville, Kentucky training facility and is designed to go beyond traditional technical instruction. Unlike standard equipment courses, the Gold Level Train-the-Trainer program focuses on both advanced product knowledge and the ability to effectively train others, ensuring factory standards and best practices are applied consistently across service teams and customer operations.

What This Means for Customers

For existing and prospective customers, this certification translates directly into measurable benefits in the field:

  • Faster diagnosis and reduced downtime, driven by improved troubleshooting processes
  • More consistent service quality, regardless of which technician is dispatched
  • Stronger startup and commissioning support, helping equipment perform as intended from day one
  • Improved preventative maintenance planning, reducing unexpected failures
  • Safer troubleshooting and worksite practices, protecting people and productivity

By investing in trainer-level certification, Foreman Equipment ensures technical knowledge is not isolated to a single individual but is multiplied across the organization and shared directly with customers.

Supporting an Evolving Industry

As crushing, screening, and material processing equipment continues to advance, proper training has become increasingly critical. Factory-backed certification programs like Gold Level Trainthe-Trainer help strengthen reliability across the industry by promoting repeatable standards, consistent service practices, and safer operations.

“This certification isn’t about a badge on the wall,” said Wade Buehler, Marketing Director, “It’s about building capability that customers can rely on. When our team is trained to teach and apply best practices consistently, customers see the difference through improved uptime and performance.”

A Long-Term Commitment

Maintaining Gold Level Train-the-Trainer status requires ongoing training activity and reporting, ensuring the certification remains current and rooted in real-world service experience. This ongoing commitment reflects Foreman Equipment’s focus on long-term customer partnerships rather than short-term wins.

For customers, the outcome is simple: better training, better support, and better uptime.
