With many of us working under shelter-in-place orders, we are grateful for those fleets making critical deliveries to support the rest of us.  It's also great to see the heroes of our industry - commercial truck drivers - finally getting their due.  That’s why we are especially touched by some of the stories in the news recently.

In nearly two dozen cities last week, International Truck dealers provided free meals to truck drivers to simply say “thanks.”   The timing couldn’t have been better – with so many businesses temporarily closed, finding a restaurant that was open and could also accommodate truck parking became nearly impossible. From Grand Rapids to Memphis and from Edmonton to Albuquerque, our dealers served nearly 10,000 meals last week! These are the times the transportation industry is at its finest, and we are proud of the selfless efforts of the employees at these outstanding dealerships.

Throughout this crisis your uptime continues to be our priority.
Our nine Parts Distribution Centers continue to operate, and daily parts shipments continue. We encourage customers to enroll in the digital fleet ownership tools to practice better social distancing – products like International 360 online repair management and RepairLink online parts ordering.  In fact, as part of our recent International Cares customer support program, all subscription fees for new International 360 enrollments will be waived for up to six months.
