It has been a little while since we published an update, but it has been a busy and exciting time at the Supply Post!

News from Supply Post - July edition — Look for our booth at upcoming trade shows, where you can grab a free copy of the latest issue, and learn about our online digital marketplace and printed monthly newspaper. Sometimes we give away something really cool, such as the wooden logging truck model in the photo above!

Here's what's been happening in the last few months.

Classifieds

We’re automating our classifieds so they can be serviced online, whether they’re going in the paper or the website or both. Phase one is complete with our online ads now fully managed on the site by our staff. Phase two will include user logins and price quotes right on the site. Post your ad for FREE now at www.supply

In addition to the full re-vamp we gave the site in 2023, we’re updating site marketing and continuing to work on programming behind the scenes to promote the site as an efficient place to buy and sell your equipment, trucks and more at supplypost.com.

Supply Post Newspaper

54 years and going strong!! We appreciate your continued desire for a print product, in a time and age when not all publishers can say that. Your subscriptions continue to come in and our newsstand copies continue to disappear off the shelves. We are grateful for that.

Speaking of newsstands, we’ve added over 75 stores across BC, Alberta and into Northern Ontario over the last month or two. Truckstops, cafés, and other places where our readers stop in to pick up a copy. Call the office at 1-800-663-4802 for a store near you.

What’s next?

September we have 2 big tradeshows to attend and distribute at: Cen-Can Resource Show in Thunder Bay, ON and DEMO 2024 in the backwoods of Gatineau/Ottawa. We’re looking forward to both events!

What's coming in 2025

Looking into 2025, we’re planning more newsstands, expanding from 5 to 6 of our Canada-wide Super Issues, and attending 10+ tradeshows including the new Alberta Equipment Expo in Edmonton and CNRE in Prince George — stay tuned!
