Leading the lineup is the Cummins X10 mid-bore diesel workhorse to serve vocational, transit, pickup and delivery and regional haul customers. The Cummins X10 is built on the proven legacies of the L9 and X12, offering up to 4% and 2% improved fuel economy respectively. Its 10 liter platform reflects Cummins’ commitment to advancing technology that helps fleets reduce operating costs while maintaining the power and performance needed for the toughest jobs.

“Customers expect dependable performance from their Cummins engines, no matter the environment,” said José Samperio, Vice President and General Manager of Cummins’ On-Highway Business. “With the X10, we have heavy duty strength in a medium duty package to offer customers the versatility and staying power they need for every job.”

Designed based on the many applications and demands of heavy- and medium duty trucks, the Cummins Twin Module Aftertreatment system for the X10 engine meets strict emissions standards while maintaining durability, efficiency and performance. Built on proven architecture and technology, the system features separate DPF and SCR assemblies enabling flexible chassis integration while maintaining serviceability requirements. Additionally, the Cummins electric heating system delivers on-demand thermal management when and where required.
Alongside the X10 and aftertreatment, Cummins continues to offer proven, fuel diverse solutions for medium duty customers through its expanding B Series engine portfolio.
