Conveyors in a spread are the core of your crushing site.

Conveyor Design: The Backbone Of An Efficient Crushing System

A conveyor’s job is a very important one, involving many machines working together to move rocks, gravel, and aggregates between different stages of the crushing and screening process. A successful conveyor spread improves job site efficiency, product size consistency, safety, and operational costs. Lippmann conveyors are engineered to be extremely productive and deliver high-capacity results across different applications and materials. They deliver serious results in maximum output and stockpile capacity. Quality conveyors are vital in the success of a crushing spread.

Benefits of Conveyors
Improve production and output. They create a consistent flow between crushers, screens, and stockpiles, reducing bottlenecks by maintaining consistent feed rates. This helps prevent crusher overloading and underfeeding while improving productivity.

Get the size right. When materials to be crushed are monitored and arrive on the conveyors at the correct speed and rate, accomplishing a uniform finished product is easier to achieve.

Increase worker safety. Without loaders or trucks, equipment backups at the site are lessened, while conditions are improved with fewer operational delays, spills, and floating dust. And, for the win, less injuries happen when fewer materials are moved by hand.

Lower operating expenses. Less fuel is used with conveyors than with loaders and trucks to move materials, not as much manual labor is required, and crushers have less wear and tear with evenly distributed items.

A Conveyor to suit your needs
Tracked conveyors are the essence of efficiency. This one delivers off-the-charts productivity with quick set-up, less downtime, many mobility options, and lots of output.

Wheeled conveyors provide high-capacity stockpiling operations. This workhorse comes standard with an electric drive, 7.5 cu. yard hopper, impact idlers under the hopper, and it is road towable. There are many upgrades available to fit your application.

Tracked feeder conveyors deliver more capacity for your conveyor and handle a range of materials that can be fed directly into the hopper with large loaders and excavators.

Magnet conveyors are vital to recycling operations, protecting equipment, and removing metal with powerful magnets. Its self-cleaning and reinforced belting makes for minimal maintenance and a pristine end product.
