WALTCO, part of Hiab, is launching two new heavy-duty liftgates with a lifting capacity of 3,300 and 4,400 lbs.

Waltco Introduces Two New Liftgates

The two models, WALTCO HDC 33/44 and WALTCO ZS 33/44 MK2, are high-quality liftgates designed to maximize uptime and ease of operation, while keeping both the operator and the working environment safe.

The HDC 33/44 cantilever lift comes with a galvanized high-strength steel frame and an aluminum platform with different size options. The 40” load center is designed for maximum stability. The platform can even replace the vehicle's rear door of the body, which saves time for the operator, keeps goods safe, minimizes up-front costs and door maintenance.

The ZS 33/44 MK2 slider lift features a powder-coated, high-strength steel frame and platforms in different sizes. It is a robust lift with a solid-state control system designed to maximize vehicle uptime and lift lifecycle. The slider lift is straightforward to operate and maintain.

Both new models have many use case scenarios, including food and beverage and home delivery service. As they are reliable with low maintenance needs and are easy to operate, both are well suited for the challenging demands of rental businesses across the US.

“We are coming out of the COVID pandemic, and there is an increased demand in many industries for delivery trucks. Our new liftgates are ready for delivery to the customer. Easy to use, ready for operation on day one, and will keep you moving throughout the lifecycle,” says Daniel Knechtel, Product Manager, WALTCO.

All WALTCO liftgates are produced in Streetsboro, Ohio USA.
