LiuGong 877III Wheel Loader Powered To Move Big Loads Fast

May 24, 2010 - 15 years ago

With 48,060 pounds of breakout force and a hi-powered yet fuel-efficient 280 net hp Cummins QSM11-290 Tier III diesel engine, the LiuGong 877III wheel loader is ready to move some serious volumes of rock, dirt and other materials.

Like all other LiuGong products, the 877III is designed to compete favorably in the North American aggregate, construction and other markets with lower ownership and operating costs translating to higher profitability. This powerful machine features a Z-bar linkage and 5.5 cubic yard bucket that move a wide range of materials quickly and easily regardless of jobsite conditions for many trouble-free years. Its heavy-duty frame is designed to withstand heavy loads and torsional stresses over numerous repetitive operations.

A ZF automatic powershift transmission with a kickdown feature provides for optimum use of digging and loading power that speeds cycle times to lower costs per ton. The machine offers four forward and three reverse operating speeds. The standard limited slip front and rear axles engage automatically to ensure optimum transfer of power to the tires and ultimately, the ground, for superior traction and gradability. The 56,438-pound LiuGong 877III offers numerous other productivity, reliability, maintenance, comfort and safety features that put the machine in a world class of its own.

Model 877III creature comforts include an air-conditioned, sound-suppressed cab with ROPS/FOPS. This cab is isolated from the frame to virtually eliminate shock and vibration from reaching the operator and control panel. A comfortable and adjustable air-suspended bucket seat combined with a convenient control panel, single joystick control and an adjustable telescopic steering column make this machine a great place to be for a day’s work. Boom kick-out and return-to-dig features are also standard.

Like all LiuGong machines, this 877III is easy to service with convenient accessibility to the engine, major components and test points. An automatic lubrication system is standard. The 877III is backed by a 3-year/3000-hour power train/hydraulics warranty.
