South End Container Terminal Public Walkway Opens In Halifax

South End Container Terminal Walkway has opened for the warmer months. It will remain open until December 31, weather and operations permitting.

The South End Container Terminal Public Walkway offers sweeping unobstructed views of Halifax Harbour, allows people to safely watch terminal operations and experience firsthand the many different ships calling at the Port of Halifax. The Halifax Port Authority asks everyone to respect fellow walkway users and the environment.

Please be advised that this walkway is not patrolled and that users enter at their own risk.
