Quadco Launches The M52 Drum Mulcher

Quadco is introducing its latest innovation, the M52 drum mulcher, designed to redefine efficiency and performance for forestry professionals.

The all-new 52-inch Quadco M52 combines cutting-edge technology with the dependability expected from Quadco. Launched at this year’s DEMO International Forest Equipment show, the M52 made a strong impression, receiving enthusiastic feedback from attendees.

The M52 is the newest addition to Quadco’s rugged lineup of forestry mulching attachments, built with durability at its core. It is specifically designed to meet the demands of 22- to 35-ton excavators and feller bunchers, making it a robust choice for the most difficult site conditions. Unlike competitors that offer lateral tilt as an expensive add-on, the M52 comes standard with a 100-degree lateral tilt for enhanced control. Its spiralized drum ensures even distribution of material across the cutters, doubling as a bite limiter for improved performance. The M52 is compatible with various Quadco teeth options, including all-steel or carbide, making it adaptable to a variety of applications.

Built with professional contractors in mind, this attachment is designed to outlast many lighter alternatives on the market. The M52 also features a built-in universal boom adapter, offering equipment dealers and rental fleets the flexibility to switch carriers quickly—just replace the pins and sleeves, and you’re back to work, saving both time and money.
