New Holland Agriculture North America announces the launch of its Speedrower PLUS Series windrowers. Redesigned from the ground up, the new Speedrower PLUS models provide more productivity, precision, and power than previous models to make New Holland customers more productive than ever.

The next generation of New Holland Speedrowers are providing unparelled efficiency, durability, and the brute power required to cut or swath in record time.

Rural Infrastructure Projects Create Alberta Jobs

An investment of $31.5 million in 2021-22 will create 260 new jobs for Albertans and build rural communities for a bigger and brighter future. Budget 2021 includes $103.4 million in STIP funding over three years. Alberta’s government is investing heavily in its most important resource – its people.

“STIP funding will support rural and smaller urban municipalities with local transportation infrastructure,” said Rajan Sawhney, Minister of Transportation. “Now more than ever, strong infrastructure is vital to attracting investment, and this funding will help ensure they have the roads and bridges they need to grow sustainably, while also creating much-needed jobs.”

In the small, slumbrous hours of a crisp January morning last winter, a tired Wayne Fowlie thankfully parked his pick-up truck in the parking lot of the King Edward Motel and retired to his cabin and to sleep. Only six short hours later, he returned to the truck to find a totally unwanted load — fifty nine inches of wet snow!
