  • Maxim Gave Free Meals For Truck Drivers Passing Through Brandon Manitoba

    From April 7-9  Maxim Truck & Trailer in Brandon, Manitoba thanked the many truck drivers travelling the TransCanada Highway with free meals. Maxim’s heavy-duty International Truck dealership is situated directly off the TransCanada Highway in the center of Canada where trucks regularly travel from coast to coast with essential supplies.

    “Leading up to Easter, we just wanted to make sure that truck drivers know we care and appreciate them,” says Darin Bouchard, General Manager of Maxim Truck & Trailer’s Brandon location. “Our dealership group has branch offices across the country but our location is right in the middle of the country and we thought we could catch a lot of drivers from all parts of Canada”

  • Hyundai Collaboration With Cummins – Results In New A Series Wheel Loaders, Excavators

    Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas introduced wheel loader and excavator models from its new A Series, all of which feature new generation Cummins Performance Series diesel engines that achieve compliance with international Stage 5 emissions-control standards. A full range of wheel loaders and excavators.

    “Hyundai is pleased to collaborate with Cummins in the introduction of our A Series wheel loaders and excavators,” said Stan Park, Vice President of Distribution and Marketing, Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas. “The Cummins Performance Series engines, combined with the engineering and product design expertise of Hyundai, will enable our customers to achieve substantial performance gains from a smaller, lighter power package. Customers will experience more than a 10-percent increase in power and a nearly 20-percent increase in torque compared to previous engines, all while using less fuel.”
