The iMast is a self-sustaining telescoping mast unit, capable of deploying the injector to multiple well heads within its load radius. The iMasts consists of a Wetkit, Trailer, Boom & Crown.The Crown assembly allows the mast to mechanically latch to an injector, allowing the mast to safely control & articulate the injector around the wellsite. The booms telescope from a retracted length of approx. 36ft (11m) and can telescope to approx. 90ft (27.5m) – giving a maximum of 100’ (30m) clear underneath the injector.

The mast has been designed in accordance to API 4F & is able to service 3 wells @ 5m spacing without having to relocate the equipment. Above all, this unit will be able to safely move the injector, tubing, hoses & lubricators from well to well. The iMast provides the flexibility of a crane, with the structure & safety of a masted coil unit.

The Tractor wet kit will supply all the hydraulic power for the mast functions as well as the hydraulically powered 15kW genset. All mast functions will be controlled from the remote control box, which can be used from either the storage/operation cabinet on the driver’s side or a remote stand. The unit will be designed for ambient temperature range of -40oC to +40oC.


Trailer
The mast trailer will be a Tridem axle, single drop trailer which is 10’6” (3.2M) wide with an approximate wheelbase of 438”. The deck of the Mast trailer will have side access ladders.. The trailer will have the following features:
