Completely reconditioned Fasoli 6x20 Triple deck screen plant. Tri-axle rayco air ride suspension, 9.6' wide. Comes with 11/22.5 tubeless radial tires, and hydraulic landing gear. Hopper is a 14x8', 3/8 plate, with a 6" opening hydraulic grizzly. The 36" feed conveyor is made up of 16 six inch impact roller, on 9" centers. It has 2-7/16 shaft and bearings, slide out for service. The 18" Head pulley is lagged and uses 3-7/16 shafting and double row pillow block bearings. The 14" self cleaning tail pulley, uses 2-15/16 shafting. Comes with a 1/4" face feeder belt, with vulcanized splice. Power with a 15hp electric drive motor, the VFD is not included. 9" motor sheave, new top and bottom deck, new gears and bearings. 18" PD drive sheave. There 8 one inch coil springs with mounting pads, the inlet and discharge chute have both been replaced. There are two 36" side delivery conveyors, that have 12" head and tail pulley's, shafted with 2-7/16 shafting and powered with a 10hp electric motor(#4 reducer).
