The KPI-JCI 1822PH Wash Plant is a portable unit designed for high-capacity screening and washing. It combines a 6’ x 16’ three-deck screen with twin 36” fine material washers to process between 175-300 TPH depending on feed. Onboard switchgear with dual VFDs and starter capacity for six stackers make setup simple.

All that is needed to start operation is connections for water, power, and conveyors.

Built on a heavy-duty chassis with integrated spray bars and access platforms, it delivers reliable performance and efficient material classification.
